Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should be highly experienced and have a passion for food and cuisine. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, recipe development, and food production.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency
• Lead the team of chefs, training and supervising them
• Preparations of creative and exciting dishes, with a focus on healthy and innovative recipes
• Develop menus, combining modern and traditional elements
• Ensure compliance with all food safety standards and hygiene regulations
• Monitor food costs and suggest strategies to reduce wastage and maintain profitability
• Collaborate with other chefs, management and wait-staff to ensure an excellent guest experience
• Manage suppliers and
