Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for restaurant professionals to join a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for implementing operational guidelines and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the restaurant. The successful candidate must possess excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lead a team and promote growth.

Needs of the Candidate

The ideal candidate should have a college degree and 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the food & beverage industry. You must be comfortable managing restaurant operations, staff and supplies, and have knowledge in training & development, menu planning and customer relations. Fluency in English & Arabic is essential, and experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
