Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management and customer service
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards
• Experience in budgeting, planning and restaurant marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
