The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in business management, leadership, and decision-making, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, the successful applicant must be well-versed in managing supply chains, personnel, budgets, resources, and compliance.

The successful candidate will need to be able to handle a variety of tasks, including setting and meeting business objectives, developing and managing marketing strategies, developing and enforcing policies, evaluating performance, and ensuring profitability. The Business Manager should also be adept at providing exceptional customer service and adding value through innovation.
