Secretary in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and managing daily office requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a good command of written and spoken English, excellent organizational and computer skills, and the ability to multitask. Additional language skills are advantageous but not required.

The primary duties of the job will include fielding telephone calls and emails, preparing documents, managing inventories and office supplies, completing reports or assigned projects, and providing administrative and personal assistance. The successful applicant should also demonstrate the ability to maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with clients and colleagues.

The salary for this position is 1600 KWD per month and we are open to hiring a foreign applicant with the right qualifications. If your experience and skills match the requirements of this position, please send your CV and a cover letter. We look forward to hearing from you.
