Job Description

We are looking for a qualified Sales Manager to join our team in Musaffah. You will be responsible for overseeing all sales activities, coordinating sales activities and strategies within the company, and developing new strategies to drive sales and increase revenue.

As a Sales Manager, you must have excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills, as well as an in-depth knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives
• Supervise, motivate, and evaluate sales team members in order to maximize performance
• Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas of improvement
• Generate new business leads by cultivating relationships with existing clients and potential customers
• Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes
• Prepare and present detailed reports on sales results
• Manage customer complaints and inquiries
