Job Description:

The Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the company. This includes but is not limited to answering phones, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, managing records, performing research, and maintaining correspondence.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Office Administration or related field

- A minimum of two years of office experience

- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proven ability to handle confidential information

- Professionalism and good organizational skills
