The Hospitality Administrator will be part of our Operations team and will be responsible for the following;

• Oversee the onboard hospitality crew, assist with management of rosters, recruitment and daily administration functions.
• Support the Onboard Passenger services manager with administration and support functions of the onboard Bluebridge service within Marine Operations Department.
• Ensure the vessels are appropriately manned, taking into account legal requirements for the number of passengers carried.
• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of Hospitality and galley crew.
• Oversee Hospitality crew rosters, absences, leave requests and arranging cover as required.
• Oversee Hospitality crew payroll and timesheets.
• Coordinate training for Hospitality crew to ensure personnel have valid required certification.
• Maintain hospitality crew personnel records are current and entered correctly in our relevant systems
• Responding to Hospitality crew general enquiries such as payroll and updating personnel details.
• Sourcing of uniform and PPE for hospitality within annual budget and keeping accurate records of items issued to crew and of stock on hand.
• Liase with our external partners and suppliers
• Support internal teams with entering and updating data in POS System.
