We are looking for a Hospitality Administrator-
The Hospitality Administrator will be part of our Operations team and will be responsible for the following;
- Oversee the onboard hospitality crew, assist with management of rosters, recruitment and daily administration functions.
- Support the Onboard Passenger services manager with administration and support functions of the onboard Bluebridge service within Marine Operations Department.
- Ensure the vessels are appropriately manned, taking into account legal requirements for the number of passengers carried.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of Hospitality and galley crew.
- Oversee Hospitality crew rosters, absences, leave requests and arranging cover as required.
- Oversee Hospitality crew payroll and timesheets.
- Coordinate training for Hospitality crew to ensure personnel have valid required certification.
- Maintain hospitality crew personnel records are current and entered correctly in our relevant systems
- Responding to Hospitality crew general enquiries such as payroll and updating personnel details.
- Sourcing of uniform and PPE for hospitality within annual budget and keeping accurate records of items issued to crew and of stock on hand.
- Liase with our external partners and suppliers
- Support internal teams with entering and updating data in POS System.
