What You'll do

You will help lead the reservations department of Holiday Inn Auckland Airport by creating an exciting, innovative, and memorable hotel experience for all guests by working with a well-rounded and highly motivated Front Office, Sales, and Revenue team. As the Reservations Supervisor, you will drive the overall engagement and product quality of the operation to maximise performance, profitability and return on investment by creating a positive and productive work environment. You'll act as an ambassador of the hotel prior to and after guest arrival, be a curator of ridiculously personal experiences, and develop genuine relationships with guests that will have them eager to return!

What You'll bring

• Proven experience within a similar role or capacity in a hospitality environment.
• Previous experience with Opera and Concerto preferred.
• Professional and personable, with a can-do attitude.
• You make calm, collected decisions – even when the clock is ticking.
• Excellent written communication & phone skills, with the ability to work as a team.
• Must meet the appropriate legal requirements to work in USA
