Waiter (Al-Kuwait)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Waiter to join our team in Al-Kuwait. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that each guest has a pleasant dining experience. Job Responsibilities:
• Greet customers, present menus, make recommendations, and answer any questions about the menu or restaurant
• Take orders from customers, serve food and drinks according to established guidelines
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and prepared on time
• Monitor food quality, presentation, portion sizes, uniformity of dishes, temperature control and other standards set by the restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness of work environment including tables, floors, utensils, serving areas etc.
• Adhere to safety regulations during the preparation and handling of food items.
Qualifications:
• Experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar environment preferred but not required
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and respond promptly with professionalism
• Must be able to work flexible days/hours including evenings/weekends/holidays when necessary
• Working knowledge of basic food safety standards
