Responsibilities include:
• Welding metal components accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Maintaining all tools, machines, and equipment necessary for welding operations
• Ensuring that welding operations are in compliance with safety regulations
• Inspecting welds visually to ensure quality standards are met
• Following blueprints and drawings to ensure proper materials and dimensions of welds
• Performing maintenance on welding machines and tools as needed

Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in welding
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings accurately
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and industry standards for welding processes
• Ability to work independently or with a team as needed
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

Duties:
• Follow all safety guidelines when operating machinery or working with hazardous materials
• Ensure that all welds meet the required quality standards
• Perform regular maintenance on tools, machinery, and equipment used in welding operations
• Inspect completed welds visually or using specialized equipment such as ultrasound devices or X-ray machines
• Assist other workers when necessary during fabrication or assembly processes
