We are looking for a Cashier to join our team at Zayed City. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and a good understanding of money management. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately handling transactions, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
Job Description:
The Cashier is responsible for carrying out cash transactions in an efficient and accurate manner, as well as providing excellent customer service at all times. This includes greeting customers as they enter the store, responding to customer inquiries, accurately handling payments and processing returns/exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Cashier is also expected to maintain the store’s appearance through general housekeeping duties such as stocking shelves and cleaning up any spills or messes that may occur in the store.
Requirements for Candidate:
• Previous cash-handling experience is preferred but not required
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Must have basic math skills and an understanding of money management
• Must be able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Must be friendly, reliable and trustworthy
