We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. We are searching for a responsible, organized and proactive individual who can provide high-quality administrative support.
The successful candidate will work closely with all departments to support the smooth running of the office and help ensure that our day-to-day operations run efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity for the right person to gain experience in a fast-paced environment and work with a diverse group of professionals. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of 900 AED per month.

Requirements:
• Fluent English speaker, both written and spoken is essential
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable but not required
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required
• Greet guests upon arrival and direct them accordingly
• Answer phone calls, take messages and redirect calls as necessary
• Coordinate mail distribution in the office (incoming & outgoing)
• Assist with document preparation for meetings
• Maintain filing system for documents, reports etc.
