Job Description
The Office Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and providing general support to the team. The successful candidate should also possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Some other duties include preparing reports, ordering supplies, creating presentations, greeting visitors, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
Demands for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of prior work experience in an office or administrative setting as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. They must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a working knowledge of computers and other office equipment.
