Sales Manager in El-Ain, UAE


El-Ain is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with customers and staff. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to prioritize tasks, create actionable plans, and effectively manage time.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the development of sales strategies and the implementation of them in order to achieve the desired sales goals. They will develop relationships with potential customers and existing clients in order to expand the business opportunities. They will also monitor customer feedback and market trends while providing competitive analysis of products and services.

The Sales Manager should have strong knowledge of sales techniques as well as customer service principles, including upselling. A degree or equivalent qualifications in Business or Marketing is desirable but not essential. Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
