We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team at El-Fujairah. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in the preparation and presentation of European cuisine.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about creating delicious dishes and will have a creative eye for presentation. As well as excellent culinary skills, they must possess strong leadership and communication abilities. They will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations.

The successful applicant should have an in-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, as well as an understanding of budgeting and financial management. They should also have the ability to train and develop junior staff, ensuring that all kitchen operations are compliant with health and safety laws.
