We are looking for a professional, friendly and outgoing Barista to join our team at Zayed City. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the best customer service possible while delivering high-quality beverages and food items in a timely manner.

Job Description:
The Barista is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional experience when ordering beverages or food items at our cafe. This involves greeting customers, answering questions about menu items, taking orders, preparing drinks in accordance with company standards and procedures, serving food items with a friendly smile, providing prompt and accurate payment processing, and adhering to health safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly with a friendly smile
• Accurately take orders from customers
• Prepare drinks according to company standards and procedures
• Serve food items with a positive attitude
• Ensure payment is processed accurately and in a timely fashion
• Maintain cleanliness of work area throughout shift
• Adhere to health safety guidelines at all times
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a Barista preferred
• Knowledgeable in coffee preparation techniques such as espresso extraction and milk steaming
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be willing to accept constructive criticism from supervisors
