We are looking for an experienced Land surveyor for a property development project in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate should have extensive experience with land surveying and be able to interpret detailed survey plans and work with other professionals on the development project. They should have excellent technical and organizational skills, be able to use modern surveying equipment, and be familiar with local laws and regulations.

The successful candidate must possess a valid UAE driver's license, a degree in land surveying from an accredited university, and significant work experience in the field of land surveying. We are open to considering experienced immigrants for this position.

The successful candidate will be required to plan, organize, lead, and supervise all aspects of a property development project from start to completion. This includes working with other professionals such as architects, engineers, designers, contractors, suppliers, and government agencies. They will also need to be able to interpret local laws and regulations related to the development project as well as ensure that all safety standards are met at all times.

In this role you will be expected to accurately measure distances on site using advanced survey equipment such as total stations and GPS systems as well as update existing records on the project site according to established procedures. You will also need to produce detailed reports regarding any progress made or changes needed on the project site.
