We are in need of a highly motivated and qualified Land surveyor to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in land surveying and related tasks. We are open to considering a foreigner for this position.

The successful candidate will be expected to work using the latest surveying technology, such as GIS, digital elevation models, GPS, laser scanning and total stations. You will also be responsible for researching and analyzing land use requirements, making site visits to gather information, conducting surveys on both residential and commercial properties, preparing legal documents related to land boundaries such as deeds or maps, and presenting reports on findings.

To be considered for this position you must have excellent problem-solving skills, an ability to read maps accurately and quickly interpret data from them, good communication skills (both written and verbal), strong attention to detail and accuracy when dealing with technical data, knowledge of applicable laws related to land use rights or boundary disputes; basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred but not required; the ability to work independently without supervision; valid driver’s license; and a degree in surveying or related field is preferred but not required.
