Job Title: Florist

Location: Doha, Qatar

Salary: 1800 QAR

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Florist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets from fresh cut flowers, plants, and other materials. You should have a keen eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.

The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of different flower varieties, colors, shapes, textures, and fragrances. They should also be able to recognize the quality of the flowers and recommend changes in the arrangement when necessary. You must also have strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting appropriate flowers, foliage, plants and other materials for floral arrangements
- Preparing flower beds with soil mixtures as needed
- Arranging fresh cut flowers into bouquets and wreaths in a creative way
- Enhancing arrangements with decorative accessories such as ribbons or packaging paper
- Providing advice to customers on flower care
- Processing payments from customers
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store front at all times
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and new product lines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or floral designer in Doha or elsewhere in Qatar is required
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, foliage and plants is essential
- Experience using arranging tools such as scissors or wire cutters is desired - Excellent customer service skills are essential - Ability to work quickly without compromising quality - Ability to take direction from management - Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons
