Florist Vacancy in Doha

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Florist to join our team and create beautiful and unique floral arrangements for individuals and businesses in Doha. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1600, with the possibility of additional bonuses if performance goals are met. We are open to considering candidates from outside the country.

Job Requirements:
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a florist or in a related field
• Knowledge of flower types, colors, varieties, and design principles
• Ability to take direction from customers and execute their vision
• Ability to work quickly while still producing high-quality arrangements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Physical fitness to lift heavy packages on a regular basis
• High level of customer service skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Create beautiful floral arrangements according to customer instructions or business needs
• Design custom bouquets that meet customer specifications
• Suggest creative ideas for events or special occasions
• Work with other florists to create larger installations for large events
• Carefully package orders for delivery or pick up by customers

Desirable Qualifications:
• Certification from a recognized floristry program or other educational institution is preferred but not required • Working knowledge of flower care techniques • Proficiency with computer programs such as Adobe Creative Suite Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, etc. • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
