Painter Position in Doha

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Painter to join our team in Doha. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing painting services to a variety of spaces, with an emphasis on quality and safety. This is a full-time position with competitive salary.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc.
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Paint different surfaces using brush, spray gun or roller
• Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster)
• Select appropriate paint or finish depending on clients’ needs
• Apply varnish or other finish to protect the surface from weathering and discoloration
• Use ladders, scaffolding and/or rigging to reach high places
• Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all health and safety regulations
• Perform other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a painter (minimum of 5 years) • Knowledge of painting material, tools and techniques • Ability to read plans/instructions and use relevant math skills • Excellent attention to detail • Physically fit with strong stamina • Ability to work at heights if required • Good communication skills in English language • Foreigners are welcome to apply.
