We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land, using specialized equipment to measure and record exact location and dimensions of land parcels. You will also be required to analyze survey findings and prepare reports for clients or regulatory bodies.

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and relevant software, as well as the ability to interpret survey data and make necessary calculations. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities:
• Collecting data about land parcels by measuring angles and distances
• Using specialized software to record survey data
• Analyzing survey findings and preparing reports or maps
• Interpreting survey data, including contour lines, boundary locations, and elevation points
• Advising clients on regulations related to the development of their land parcels
• Working with minimal supervision in outdoor conditions
• Keeping accurate records of field notes and calculations
• Inspecting construction sites for accuracy according to survey plans
• Assisting with boundary disputes or legal proceedings related to property boundaries

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
• Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to interpret survey data accurately
• Good math skills
• Ability to work independently in outdoor conditions

Salary: 1100 SAR per month
