We are looking to hire an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience and a proven track record in land surveying. We are willing to consider applicants from other countries and offer a salary of 1200 for the right candidate.

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate a range of skills including the ability to read, understand and interpret maps, aerial photographs and property descriptions; use specialized surveying equipment such as levels, GPS receivers, computers and other tools; possess excellent communication skills; plan and monitor survey projects; conduct research; prepare reports and recommendations; compile legal documents; work with clients to explain survey results; perform calculations using trigonometry and geometry; analyze complex data sets; develop survey plans and coordinate with other professionals.

The successful applicant should also be able to work independently under minimal supervision, adhere to safety regulations, maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted, adhere to strict deadlines, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

In addition, the Land Surveyor should have a good understanding of engineering design principles as well as local laws governing land use. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.
