We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh with a salary of 1300. We are open to consider an immigrant for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of related experience in the field.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out various tasks related to land surveying and measurements, including the creation of maps and plans of land parcels in accordance with legal requirements. Additionally, they will need to review existing surveys and provide guidance related to land use boundaries, as well as collect data on properties through physical measurements and remote sensing techniques.

To be successful in this role, the Land Surveyor should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment, have strong problem-solving abilities, and be detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should also have a good knowledge of the local laws governing land surveying practices as well as knowledge of relevant software packages used for calculations and data analysis.

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Using tools such as 3D scanners and GPS systems to measure distances on the ground
• Analyzing aerial photographs and satellite imagery
• Reviewing title deeds and other documents associated with property boundaries
• Maintaining accurate records of survey results
• Providing advice regarding boundary lines disputes

The required skills and qualifications for this role are:
• A Degree in any relevant field such as Geomatics Engineering or Surveying Science
• 3 years of experience working within the field of land surveying
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with surveying software such as AutoCAD or GIS systems
• Good knowledge of applicable laws governing land surveying practices
