Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the construction of various projects. This position offers a competitive salary of 1200 per month and is open to immigrants.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have experience in design and construction processes, with a solid understanding of the principles of engineering. In addition, they should have strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and contractors. A valid work visa is also required.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in engineering design & construction
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Structural Analysis & Design Software
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed plans and drawings for new structures or modifications to existing structures
• Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment and labor costs
• Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings and aerial photographs on site conditions
• Monitor project progress from start to finish ensuring deadlines are met within budget
• Supervise construction workers ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Make decisions related to civil engineering issues on site
