Job Summary:
The Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation, to staff management and budgeting. The successful candidate will create recipes, plan menus, develop new dishes and train kitchen staff members. They must have excellent communication skills in order to effectively manage their team.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a chef or cook in a professional kitchen setting
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and nutrition principles
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent leadership abilities with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and remain calm under stressful situations
• Working knowledge of health regulations related to food safety
• Culinary degree or diploma is preferred but not required
