Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Salesman to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with customers, understanding their needs and providing advice on the products and services we offer. This position requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis. You should also be able to work well under pressure and remain organized in order to meet deadlines.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Salesman or similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure and remain organized

Duties:
• Greet customers upon entering the store or when they call into the store.
• Listen to customers’ needs and requirements, explain product features, benefits, warranties, etc., and answer any questions they may have about the product or service.
• Offer advice on products best suited for customers' needs.
• Prepare sales slips or sales contracts for customers interested in purchasing goods or services.
• Answer customer complaints regarding product quality, service delivery, etc., promptly and courteously.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, etc., including details of inquiries handled successfully or any unresolved matters that require follow-up action by other departments of the company.
• Follow up with customers by phone calls or emails to ensure complete satisfaction with their purchase experience.
