Executive Chef - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for cooking and creating amazing dishes to join a highly successful organization. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, creating menus and recipes, ordering food supplies, and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a firm commitment to providing high quality cuisine to our customers.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the kitchen including menu planning, ordering of food supplies, training kitchen staff, monitoring quality standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Create innovative recipes that will appeal to customers while staying within budget constraints
• Manage all food production processes including presentation and serving of dishes
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring quality control standards
• Manage stock inventory levels in order to maintain cost efficiency
• Monitor staff performance on a daily basis and provide feedback when necessary
• Develop strategies to meet customer needs while staying within budget requirements
• Ensure compliance with food handling regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of local cuisine as well as international cuisine styles is highly desirable
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate kitchen staff
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is considered advantageous
