A leading hospitality group in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant offers the highest quality of service and maintains a well-stocked wine cellar.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about wine and have extensive knowledge of different varieties, styles, and regions. They should also be capable of providing customers with detailed information about the wines they are interested in, and recommending suitable selections.

The role requires excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to make quick decisions. The Sommelier will be expected to develop a comprehensive wine list that meets customer needs and preferences, while taking into consideration budgetary constraints. Additionally, they will be expected to keep up with industry trends, build relationships with wineries, and ensure that all wines are stored correctly.

The successful candidate must possess a Diploma or certification from a recognized institute in hospitality or sommelier studies. They should also have at least five years of experience working as a sommelier in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting. The salary will be 1500 AED per month for this position.
