Restaurant Manager Job in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager for a busy restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, great customer service experience and excellent problem-solving abilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant. They will manage staff, handle customer complaints and inquiries, maintain a healthy work environment, develop and implement strategies to increase sales, oversee stock inventory and ordering, ensure health and safety standards are met, create promotional materials and campaigns, develop menus and ensure quality of services.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of managerial experience in the restaurant industry. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task is essential. Excellent communication skills in English is a must as well as the ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines. Previous experience with budgeting is also necessary as this role requires working within a budget.
