We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a pleasant dining experience.

This role requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment, can multitask efficiently and take initiative when needed. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to work well independently, as well as within a team setting.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting customers and taking orders
• Serving food and drinks
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Ensuring tables are clean and presentable
• Addressing customer complaints in a polite manner
• Following safety protocols when handling food and beverages
• Upselling when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate cash drawers at all times
• Completing opening or closing tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or related role preferred
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude
• Ability to follow instructions accurately
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and quality standards
