We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience conducting surveys on residential and commercial properties.

The successful applicant must have excellent knowledge of surveying methods, techniques, and equipment in order to accurately measure land boundaries and make precise calculations. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with relevant regulations and laws concerning land surveying, ownership rights, and other related matters.

The main responsibilities include:
• Producing accurate measurements of land parcels in both two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) forms;
• Collecting data from the field using specialized equipment such as theodolites and GPS systems;
• Developing detailed plans from survey data;
• Analyzing survey data to ensure accuracy;
• Maintaining records of all measurements taken;
• Creating reports that explain survey results;
• Discussing survey results with clients or other professionals such as engineers or geologists;
• Ensuring that all work is done in compliance with local regulations.

The successful candidate must possess a degree in surveying engineering or a related field. They should also have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage. In return we offer a salary of 1100 QAR per month for this position. We welcome applications from foreign nationals interested in this role.
