We are looking for a reliable and motivated Barista to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making coffee and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate must have experience in working as a barista in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, taking their orders, preparing coffee drinks to exact specifications and providing outstanding customer service. They must have the ability to multitask in an often busy environment while maintaining an efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee beverages according to standard recipes
• Provide customers with product knowledge
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment
• Take customers' orders accurately and enter them into the point of sale system quickly
• Maintain a clean, organized work station at all times
• Adhere to health, safety and sanitation standards
• Keep abreast of new products and promotions
• Follow all cash handling procedures correctly

Qualifications:
• Proven working experience as a Barista or similar role
• Ability to operate coffee equipment such as grinders and espresso machines
• Knowledge of coffee drinks and preparation techniques
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Outstanding customer service skills
