We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of business strategies, as well as the day-to-day operations of the business. We are open to considering an immigrant for this position.

Job Summary:
The Business Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, from developing strategies for growth and profitability to overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop business strategies that ensure financial performance and growth targets are achieved
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities or areas of improvement
• Create budgets and manage resources effectively
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with potential partners
• Develop policies and procedures that ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and other relevant standards
• Manage employee performance through regular feedback sessions, goal setting, and problem solving
• Analyze data to assess performance levels and make decisions accordingly
• Prepare reports on progress achieved against goals
Education & Qualifications:
