We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the organization's business objectives, plans, policies and strategies and ensuring that the organization achieves its goals.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and creativity. They must have an excellent understanding of business operations and a deep knowledge of the market in Doha. The successful applicant will be able to manage multiple tasks effectively, show initiative in problem solving and demonstrate superior decision-making abilities.

The role requires strong analytical skills to analyze data in order to make informed decisions, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for improvement. The Business Manager must be able to understand complex financial reports and use them effectively to inform business decisions. They should also have experience working with a variety of stakeholders such as customers, suppliers, partners etc., as well as the ability to work independently or collaboratively with other departments within the organization.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop strategies for growth and expansion based on market research and customer feedback. They should also handle day-to-day operations such as budgeting, forecasting, staff management etc., while demonstrating sound business judgment at all times.
