We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and presenting findings to support business decisions. The successful candidate should have excellent knowledge of data mining and analysis techniques, as well as strong programming skills.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in manipulating and interpreting large datasets, good mathematical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. The ability to work with cross-functional teams is also essential.

The Data Analyst will have the following responsibilities:
• Developing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality;
• Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency;
• Working with management to prioritize business and information needs;
• Analyzing complex datasets using advanced techniques;
• Designing models for predicting outcomes;
• Generating reports/dashboards/visualizations based on the analyses done;
• Identifying trends or patterns in complex datasets;
• Validating new methods of data acquisition or analysis.

The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science). In addition, experience in developing predictive models, artificial intelligence techniques such as machine learning or deep learning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is also a plus. Finally, the successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the organization.
