We are looking for a qualified and experienced Secretary to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, organizing documents and managing the daily operations of the office.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in office works, including calendar management, filing, and data entry. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment. The ability to communicate effectively in English is also essential.

The Secretary will be expected to manage all incoming calls, emails, orders and other requests from customers, vendors and other stakeholders. The successful candidate should be an excellent problem solver with strong customer service skills.
