We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Barista, an excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and the ability to create delicious drinks with attention to detail.

The successful candidate should be friendly and approachable with exceptional customer service skills. They should also possess the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while providing top-notch service. Additionally, they must be able to work independently, follow instructions, and stay organized.

The Barista will be responsible for:
• Preparing the café menu items according to company guidelines
• Providing excellent customer service at all times
• Ensuring all café areas are clean, tidy and well stocked
• Greeting customers and providing them with product information
• Operating grinders and espresso machines
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales transactions
• Complying with health and safety regulations as outlined by the local government

The ideal candidate for this position should have:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• An excellent knowledge of coffee brewing techniques such as espresso, cappuccino, latte etc.
• An understanding of specialty coffee drinks such as macchiato and cortado
• Strong customer service skills and an outgoing personality
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
