We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and serving drinks to customers while ensuring excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years experience working in a bar or café environment, with a proven track record of producing delicious beverages and providing great customer service. A passion for coffee is essential, as well as the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness in the workplace.

The main responsibilities of the Barista include preparing espresso-based drinks, such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, macchiato and mocha; using various brewing methods; selecting and grinding beans; cleaning equipment; stocking supplies; maintaining records of inventory and ordering when necessary; answering customer questions about menu items; and taking orders for food and drinks. The Barista will also be responsible for providing great customer service by engaging customers in conversation, recommending menu items, addressing any complaints or grievances, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision. Additionally, they must be able to multi-task effectively in order to manage multiple orders simultaneously while providing quality service in a timely manner.
