Bayan is currently looking for a Fitter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining industrial machinery used in the manufacturing process.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical aptitude and mechanical knowledge, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. They must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as being able to troubleshoot various issues that may arise in a timely manner.

The successful candidate must also be able to keep accurate records of their work so that progress can be tracked, monitored and reported on. They must also have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, so that they can liaise effectively with other departments within the company.
