We are looking for an experienced Waiter to join our team in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing a friendly atmosphere for our guests.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience. The Waiter should also be knowledgeable of restaurant menu items, specials, and prices to accurately answer questions from guests.

Responsibilities:
• Greet guests as they arrive, take orders accurately, use a POS system to complete transactions, serve food and beverages according to food safety standards and guidelines
• Ensure all dishes are prepared as per guest requests
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant dining area
• Manage guest complaints in a professional manner
• Follow up with guests after their meals to ensure satisfaction with the dining experience
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and hygiene standards

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from culinary school is preferred
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or other customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Willingness to learn new techniques or technology related to the job

Compensation: Salary of 1000 SAR per month. We are willing to consider foreigners for this position.
