We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate should have a strong background in project management, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills and the capacity to work with minimal supervision. The Project Manager should also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Candidates must be highly self-motivated and able to work independently within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, working with stakeholders throughout the organization in order to ensure project success. This role requires someone who is an excellent problem solver, has strong decision-making capabilities, and is comfortable working with ambiguity.

A successful Project Manager should also possess:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
• Knowledge of project management methods such as Agile/Scrum
• Proven ability to create progress reports and present findings
• Ability to manage budget expectations and allocations
• Excellent interpersonal skills including coaching, facilitation, team building, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Working knowledge of relevant software such as MS Project and Project Server
