Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Project Manager who will oversee the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in line with the objectives of the project. The successful candidate should have a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines at once and deliver projects on-time.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities. They must also be able to effectively delegate tasks to various team members while managing resources in order to meet project objectives. This position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management in addition to a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Familiarity with MS Office Suite, MS Project, or similar software is beneficial.

The successful candidate for this role will be expected to manage projects from initiation through completion while effectively communicating progress throughout the life cycle of each project. They must also lead meetings between internal departments and external stakeholders in order to ensure that all parties are up-to-date with progress and any changes that may occur during the course of each project.
