We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining mechanical systems and components. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and is open to both foreign and local applicants.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and analytical skills, as well as strong leadership abilities. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Developing, testing and evaluating theoretical designs
• Preparing product reports and documentation
• Investigating problems with existing mechanical systems
• Supervising installation of new machinery and equipment
• Monitoring performance of mechanical systems to ensure they are functioning correctly
• Performing maintenance on existing systems as needed
• Keeping up to date with the latest technological developments in the field

Qualifications:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar required (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience in the design and construction of new machinery and equipment
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or other related software programs is an advantage
• Ability to use mathematical formulas to solve complex design problems
