Merchandiser - Jabal-Ali

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring products are accurately stocked, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets. A salary of 1600 is offered for this role. We are also willing to consider applications from immigrants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the principles of merchandising and a good knowledge of the local market. They must have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a Merchandiser who can:
• Effectively manage relationships with customers;
• Respond quickly to customer inquiries;
• Analyze customer trends and suggest strategies for growth;
• Ensure accurate product stocking;
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly;
• Prepare reports on sales performance;
• Assist the sales team in achieving their targets;
• Work independently and as part of a team;
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate should also have:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Merchandiser;
• A good understanding of the principles of merchandising;
• Knowledge of the local market;
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred);
• An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
