Land surveyor in Khawr Fakkan, UAE


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out surveying activities, ensuring accuracy and the quality of all surveys.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in the use of sophisticated survey equipment, such as Total Station and GPS systems. They must possess an understanding of survey plans and an excellent eye for detail. Excellent communication skills are also essential as they will be interacting with clients and colleagues on a daily basis.

Responsibilities include:
• Carrying out surveys using appropriate technology, such as Total Station and GPS systems
• Analysing data and preparing detailed reports
• Collaborating with other professionals, such as Architects, Engineers, GIS Specialists and Project Managers
• Interpreting survey plans accurately
• Ensuring the accuracy and quality of all surveys undertaken
• Preparing accurate drawings from fieldwork data
• Maintaining records in accordance with industry regulations.

Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience working as a Land Surveyor • Knowledge of surveying regulations, standards and best practices • Proficient with Total Station and GPS systems • High attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Problem-solving capabilities • Ability to work independently or within a team environment.

This is a full-time role based in Khawr Fakkan with a salary of AED 1500 per month. Candidates who are not based locally are welcome to apply as we are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.
