Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring and mapping land boundaries, analyzing data collected, and preparing surveys and reports. The ideal candidate should have excellent math skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1600 per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this position.

Job Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field
• At least three years of experience in land surveying or related field
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, practices, procedures, regulations and equipment
• Expertise with GPS systems
• Knowledge of mapping software programs such as AutoCAD
• Ability to interpret aerial photographs and create digital terrain models (DTM)
• Good math skills and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Responsibilities:
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Conducting land surveys by measuring distances, angles and elevations of land features according to established standards
• Analyzing data collected during surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, EDMs etc.
• Interpreting aerial photographs and creating Digital Terrain Models (DTM)
• Preparing accurate survey maps, reports, charts and other documents based on survey results
• Consulting with clients regarding survey needs and providing advice on the best methods for completing a project efficiently
• Ensuring that all surveying activities adhere to applicable government regulations as well as safety standards
