The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a truck driver, and should have a valid license to drive heavy vehicles. Knowledge of local roads, city regulations, and driving laws is also necessary. The candidate must be able to work independently and adhere to tight deadlines.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills as they will need to interact with customers and other staff members. They must also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as there may be times when unexpected circumstances arise during the journey that require quick decision-making abilities.
