Pharmacist - Riyadh

We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing pharmacy services to the public and ensuring that all medical products are safely and correctly dispensed.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of medical terminology, be able to accurately read prescriptions and understand the different types of medication and their side effects. They must also possess excellent communication skills and work well with customers.

As a Pharmacist, you will need to:
• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians, taking care to ensure accuracy;
• Ensure that medications are properly stored and labeled;
• Monitor patient progress using medication therapy;
• Work with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety;
• Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to the practice of pharmacology;
• Provide counselling on the proper use of medications, including contraindications and possible side effects;
• Maintain updated knowledge on new drugs available on the market;
• Perform inventory management duties;
• Prepare medication orders according to doctor’s instructions.

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification from an accredited college/university ;
• Valid license as a pharmacist in Saudi Arabia ; • Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacist ; • Fluent English both written and spoken ; • Excellent customer service skills ; • Ability to work independently or as part of a team ; • Attention to detail and accuracy.
